Operation Overwatch is a joint campaign that connects motorcycle enthusiasts with local law enforcement to provide protection for school children.
According to the US Justice Department 2,000 children are reported missing daily in the United States. Many of these children are abducted on their way to or from school. Recent actions across the country aimed at cutting funds for local police departments have left our children more vulnerable than ever.
XCIX %ers is working to fill this void by supplementing local police departments with extra eyes on the streets. We are working to place bikers in strategic neighborhoods around bus stops where children walk on a daily basis. Operation Overwatch will have direct contact with law enforcement to alert them to activity that puts children in jeopardy.
